about me.

Hi there, I’m Lisa, an East Coast based food stylist, art director, and photo producer with a full service test kitchen, daylight photo studio and prop library in Center City, Philadelphia. I’m a former marketing executive and compulsive home cook with a design and photography background, turned food + prop stylist and art director.

I believe that the first step to providing strong creative is listening and I strive to bring the client's vision and the customer's perspective to every shoot.  My clients range from international companies like IKEA and Coca Cola to Philly favorites like Starr Restaurants, Wawa and John & Kira's. 

When I’m not in the studio you will find me hosting large and sometimes loud potluck dinners in my West Philly home and helping local ESL students practice their English through a homestay cooking and community meals program. I believe in practicing radical hospitality, that relationships and community can be built and strengthened at the dinner table, and that there’s always room for one more!

When I’m not cooking, I can often be found combing thrift stores and flea markets for vintage cookware and cutlery or developing food photography and styling workshops for clients and educational institutions. As an avid traveler, I go wherever my client's need me, but love returning home for my favorite South Philly Barbacoa and the joys of West Philly front porch dining.
